  • What is the minimum contract duration for your services?
    The minimum contract duration for my service is 3 months. I recommend 6-months or longer to apply the strategy that I have prepared for you and to be able to see an optimal result.
  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind about the payment?
    Unfortunately, I do not offer refund on payments. Payment is to be paid prior to commencement of the service, and rest assured that I will provide you with the service that your business deserve and will try my very best to meet your expectation.
  • Do you require access to my social media logins to manage my social media platforms?
    Yes and no. Meta allows to add admins with full control, this means that I dot not need to get your logins, however, there might be instances that I would require specially if you want me to manage an account that is not a Business Page or integration is needed on the social media management tool that I use. Rest assured that your accounts will be secured and protected at all times.
  • Is it possible to downgrade or upgrade my service package?
    Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your service package based on your requirements. Just get in touch with me. The change in the package will take effect on the following month.
  • What are the payment methods accepted and how does the payment process work?
    I accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards via PayPal, bank transfers, and wire transfers. Invoices will be sent on the 25th of each month which is to be paid within 5 days.
  • Can you walk me through your process to start the service?
    As your dedicated Social Media Manager, I start with a discovery call to understand your pain points, business goals, and get to know you and your brand better. During this call, I’ll explain my process and the tools we’ll use to ensure a seamless workflow for both of us. Once we agree to collaborate, I’ll send you a contract and a simple SOP for your review. After the contract is signed, you’ll receive your first month’s invoice, which needs to be paid before we begin. Subsequent invoices will be sent on the 25th of each month and should be paid within 5 days to continue the service without interruption.
